In-person Reiki Session
This 60-minute Reiki session is designed to gently guide your body out of stress and back into a state of calm, safety, and balance. Using intentional energy work, I focus on regulating your nervous system—helping to release stored tension, quiet the mind, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
During your session, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as Reiki energy flows through the body, working to soothe anxiety, reduce overwhelm, and restore energetic alignment. This is a space where you don’t have to do anything—just receive.
